FURNEAUX FARM

The farm is the heart of our distillery - a spectacular 1.5km stretch of beachfront pasture where sheep graze on rolling hills beneath towering gum trees. It’s this location which gives credence to “maritime” whisky - the westerly winds carry sea spray over the bond store, while rainwater fills our tanks, enriching the whisky-making process with the island’s natural elements.

Since 2024 we have been able to brew and distil from our own grain - those first harvest whiskies will be maturing from 2027 onwards.

Currently we are undergoing trials to malt all of our grain onsite, so we can remove all carbon miles from our process, and fulfil our 100% paddock to bottle dream.
