Refunds and Returns

Orders are packed by hand and with care. However, if an order arrives damaged, please

contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel, and we will investigate the issue.

We do not accept returns once bottles have been opened unless they are deemed faulty by

our team.

• Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed.

• Orders are shipped via Australia Post:

- Standard Post: Approximately 4-8 working days

- Express Post: Approximately 2-4 working days

• Delivery times depend on Australia Post’s schedule and external factors (e.g.,

COVID-19).

• Proof of age and a signature are required upon delivery.

We shall not be liable for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as

adverse weather, government regulations, or freight carrier disruptions.
