Refunds and Returns

Each order is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can promptly review and resolve the issue.

We are unable to accept returns for bottles that have been opened, unless the product is assessed and deemed faulty by our team. For unopened items, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Where a return is required, the cost of return shipping and the organisation of the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed.

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post:

  • Standard Post: Approximately 4-8 working days

  • - Express Post: Approximately 2-4 working days

  • Delivery times depend on Australia Post’s schedule and external factors (e.g. COVID-19).

  • Proof of age and a signature are required upon delivery.

Furneaux shall not be liable for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather, government regulations, or freight carrier disruptions.
