“Our second ever whisky release, and an absolutely iconic Tasmanian style. It’s this type of whisky that put Tasmania on the map as a world class whisky producing region, alongside Japan with some of the most smooth, soft honey single malts ever made.

This whisky began its life being filled by Damien and Chris at Launceston Distillery, then it was put into a shipping container and sent away on the high seas to Flinders Island, where it completed its maturation in the newly build Furneaux Distillery. Decanted, diluted, bottled and gleefully sold by the then newly appointed Head Distiller, me!

A great release to start on, and a sign of many more delicious whiskies to come.”
