In 2025, we bottled our first limited release for Tasmanian Whisky Week — a single cask of Flinders Island Peated Single Malt matured in a Botrytis cask. For Tasmanian Whisky Week 2026, we returned to its sister cask.

Released at the Tasmanian Whisky Week Spirit Showcase, this Distiller’s Cut came from a single 120L cask, matured for approximately five and a half years and bottled unfiltered at 58% ABV.

Flinders Island peat meets the rich sweetness of Botrytis-seasoned oak, with notes of salted liquorice, treacle, coconut and warming spice. A small, one-cask release and a continuation of one of our favourite cask pairings.
