A London Dry style with an island twist. Foraged botanicals give a herbaceous depth to a beautifully light juniper and citrus-driven palate.

Exploring the Furneaux Islands is an aromatic adventure. You find flowering kunzea, luscious as honey, native rosemary, fragrant and herbal and wild fennel with its sweet aniseed. These untamed ingredients are combined with traditional gin botanicals to produce a subtle liquid study on the esoteric native flavours of our islands.

  • Juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, wild fennel, orange and grapefruit (local) zest, native rosemary, almond, kunzea.

  • This gin was designed to be versatile. We love drinking gin in all forms, however these are our favourites:

    ON THE ROCKS
    Untamed Gin on ice with a slice of fresh grapefruit.

    WET MARTINI
    Stir our gin with a generous splash of dry vermouth, garnish with a lemon twist.

    NEGRONI
    Equal parts Untamed Gin, Campari and Dolin Sweet Vermouth. Stir on the rocks and garnish with a slice of grapefruit peel.

Untamed Gin is a versatile and beautifully balanced dry gin made using local grapefruit, native edible botanicals and pure rainwater. Expect notes of piney juniper, zesty citrus, and a herbal cornucopia. It’s exceptional in a martini or G&T, and equally well-suited to playing a background role in more complex cocktails.
